ABOUT THE CIRCLE

The Lead Line is an ongoing men's integration circle supporting honest reflection and embodied truth-telling. It is a continuation space for men integrating insights from retreats, workshops, or personal practice into the terrain of daily life and relationship.

The name 'The Lead Line' comes from a traditional maritime tool used to measure ocean depth. In the same way, men are invited to measure the depth of their lived experience and speak it into relationship.

This isn’t about chasing big breakthroughs or emotional highs.
It’s about staying with what’s already been revealed, bringing it into your life, your relationships, and the way you show up day to day.

This is where you stay in the work...

PURPOSE

Navigation
Support
  • A place to slow down

  • To reflect

  • To speak what’s real

  • Truth over performance

  • Presence over fixing

  • Integration over insight

Truth

What’s uncovered in powerful experiences doesn’t integrate on its own. It either gets lived… or it fades.

  • A place to measure depth

  • To speak it true

  • To stay in the work

This is where it gets lived...

THE EXPERIENCE

Each circle is simple. Intentional. Grounded.

You arrive as you are.
You speak when it’s your turn.
You listen when it’s not.

What’s shared stays here.

There’s no pressure to go deeper than you’re ready for.
But there is an invitation to be real.

Over time, something shifts.

Not through intensity…
but through consistency.

This is where depth becomes practice...

PERSPECTIVE

Truth over performance – participants are encouraged to speak from lived experience rather than curated identity

Presence over fixing – listening is prioritized over responding or solving

Integration over insight – emphasis is placed on embodiment and application, not conceptual understanding

Confidentiality – what is shared in circle remains within the circle

Consent and sovereignty – participants are free to engage at their own level of depth and disclosure

Hold your line. Sound your depth...

The Facilitator

MJ Oshin facilitates The Lead Line with a focus on grounded presence, relational integrity, and lived truth. He works as a steward, not an authority—holding structure, pace, and safety while calling men into responsibility, honesty, and depth.

His approach prioritizes listening over fixing, embodiment over concept, and integration over intensity. The work isn’t about breakthrough—it’s about what holds after.

This is the continuation of his work as co-creator and facilitator of Into the Heart of the Ocean, where men are brought into direct, immersive experience. The Lead Line is where that experience is carried forward and lived.

In The Lead Line, MJ holds space like a seasoned mariner—reading what’s beneath the surface, inviting men to name what’s been held in silence, and return more whole than they arrived..
